Mr. Tab Chamnan, Chief Executive Officer,
Mr. Tab Chamnan, obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Banking at Build Bright University in Cambodia in 2007. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics of Science in Agricultural Economic and Rural Development at Chamroeun university of Poly-Technology (CUP) in 2004. He has attended many training programs in Cambodia country related to microfinance, Credit management, financial management, human resources management, Administration, Risk management, good governance, Leadership, Marketing, Communication skill, Employment and Labor Law, Labor code, Planning and project Management etc.
He served in Community Development worker as voluntary at World Vision International Cambodia from 2001-2002. He served in Vision Fund Cambodia Ltd as Credit Officer from 2002-2004. He served in Plan International Cambodia, Kampong Cham Province as Community Development Facilitator from 2004-2013 and he was promoted to be Community Manage project as Community Development officer from 2013-2019 at Ratanakiri Province. Currently, he is the board of Director and Chief Executive Officer as appointed by the Board of Directors effective from November 1st, 2019.
Mr. HIRATA TORU, Mobilization Resource Manager
Mr. Hirata Toru, as a Japanese businessman, he has been investing in Cambodia from 2011 until now. He has experience a lot of as director to manage of financial and mobilization resource out countries in business, property and microfinance. He has now been appointed as Mobilization Resource Manager of Sambo Trop Finance Plc. Since November 01, 2019.
Mr. Va Buntheng, Assistant of Mobilization Resource Manager
Mr. Va Buntheng received a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality from the National University of Management in 2012 and will receive Japanese Language Training at the Cambodia-Japan Cooperation School (CJCC) Level N3 during 2011.
He has been working as an international business project consultant with a Japanese company since 2012. As a sales representative for LCD advertising work at Aeon Mall Phnom Penh since 2013, he became the sales manager in 2014.
He was Head of Marketing and Real Estate Consulting and Microfinance in 2016. The currently He has coordinated with Japanese side in the field of civil construction and will be the Assistant of Mobilization Resource Manager of Sambo Trop Finance Plc. Since November 1, 2019.
Mr. Chuch Vy, Operation Manager
Mr Chuch Vy , Operation Manager. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics of Science in Agricultural Economic and Rural Development at Chamroeun university of Poly-Technology (CUP) in 2006. He has attended many training programs in Cambodia country related to microfinance, financial management, Human resources management, Administration, Team Building, good governance and Leadership etc. He served in Community Development Worker as voluntary at World Vision International Cambodia from 2001-2002.
He served in Lift Opportunity program as Field Support Staff at Enfant & Development from 2003-2004 and he was promoted to be Community Development Animator from 2004-2006. He served in Plan International Cambodia, Kampong Cham Province as Community Development Facilitator from 2006-2010 and he was promoted to be Community Development Officer Team Leader from 2010-2014 and He was changed position to Project Officer of School Feeding Program. (PO-SFP) from 2014-2017 in Plan international Cambodia, Kampong Thom province. Currently, Mr. Chuch Vy has been working for Sambo Trop Finance Plc as an Operation Manager in August 15, 2017 up to now.
Mr. Tieng Phearun, Regional Manager
Mr.Tieng Phearun, Regional Manager. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking at Human Resource University, Cambodia in 2013. He has attended many training programs in Cambodia country related to microfinance, Risk Management, Credit Management, financial management, Effective loan assessment and loan recovery technique etc. He served in Cambodian Association Development as Credit Officer from 2011-2012 at Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh.
He was promoted to be Chief Credit officer from 2012-2013 and he was promoted to be branch Manager from 2013-2015. He served in FUNAN Microfinance Plc as Senior support branch, Head Office from 2015-2016 at Khan MeanChey Phnom Penh. Currently, he has been working for Sambo Trop Finance Plc as the Regional Manager from July 1st, 2016.
