Mr Sir Sowath, Chairman of the board director
Currently, Mr Sir Sowath is the Chairman of the board of Sambo Trop Finance Plc as appointed by the Board of Directors team and effective from Sep 1st, 2019. He received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management at National University of Management, Cambodia in 2013. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking at National University of Management, Cambodia in 2011. He received an Associate’s Degree in Horticulture at Prek Leap National School of Agriculture, Cambodia in 2001.
He has attended many training programs in Cambodia country, related to microfinance, credit management, leadership, Team building, risk management, financial management, Credit Appraisal, human resources management, Communication skill, good governance, Employment and Labor Law etc. He served in SATHAPANA Limited. as Credit Officer from 2002-2006 and he was promoted to Branch Manager from 2006 to 2012. He moved location to CANADIA Bank Plc, Takeo Province as Branch Manager from 2012-2014. He has been working for Cambodian Labor Care Plc. Micro Finance as Operation Manager in Oct 2015 up to now.
Mr. Tab Chamnan, Board of Director
Mr. Tab Chamnan, obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Banking at Build Bright University in Cambodia in 2007. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics of Science in Agricultural Economic and Rural Development at Chamroeun university of Poly-Technology (CUP) in 2004. He has attended many training programs in Cambodia country related to microfinance, Credit management, financial management, human resources management, Administration, Risk management, good governance, Leadership, Marketing, Communication skill, Employment and Labor Law, Labor code, Planning and project Management, Communication skill, etc.
He served in Community Development worker as voluntary from 2001-2002. He served in Vision Fund Cambodia Ltd as Credit Officer from 2002-2004. He served in Plan International Cambodia, Kampong Cham Province as Community Development Facilitator from 2004-2013 and he was promoted to be Community Manage project as Community Development officer from 2013-2019 at Ratanakiri Province. Currently, he is the board of Director and Chief Executive Officer as appointed by the Board of Directors effective from November 1st, 2019.
